What does this chart mean?...

The previous chart measures the rate at which the market is absorbing inventory through sale activity. We all know what happened in 2008; a wreck of the real estate market.   My proprietary charts flashed a warning beginning in late 2005. In 2007 when for every 10 new listings, barely 2 existing listings were selling, prices had to drop to bring supply and demand into balance. We're now at a level where for every 10 new listings nearly 11 existing listings are selling.    There simply isn't enough supply to keep up with demand.  What do you think will happen to prices?
