I’ve come up with a really cool app that you can use to search for Palos Verdes homes and actually any real estate in the areas covered by the CRMLS (California Regional Multiple Listing Service).  This covers a huge area all over southern California; much, much larger than “only” the South Bay homes.

I know there are a lot of apps out there and in fact I have at least 3 or 4 myself.  But you know what, technology always is changing and part of why my clients keep coming back to me to list their Palos Verdes homes and South Bay real estate with me or want me to help them find a new home to own here is because I really work hard to stay on the cutting edge of customer services including tech stuff.
