I’m not saying I have any crystal ball, because I don’t. But, wouldn’t it be great to get a few clues as to how to predict Palos Verdes home prices?
There are clues you know. What’s Sir Isaac Newton got to do with real estate?
There’s an old saying in commodity, equities and bond trading, “…Let the Trend be your Friend…”
Why is that so true? Pretty simple actually. It’s all about MOMENTUM, economic physics if you will. Frankly I think Newton would have been a great investor.
An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force. An object in motion continues in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. This law is often called “the law of inertia”.
Same is true in the economic world.

How To Predict Palos Verdes Home Prices
So after watching this video, if you were a real estate investor here in the South Bay area of California, would you have wanted to know about the clues firing off in 2003 and 2004? What happened after 2006 with real estate prices?
And what about in the 2008 – 2009 period of time when the trend in my proprietary absorption rate was changing and vectoring upward? What happened to prices a year or two later? Yes, they started climbing significantly.
Like I said, I can’t predict the future, but I can sure help you a lot more than your typical real estate agent. It’s all about data, information and how to package it the right way so we can understand it.
Would you like access to this information? I sell access to my charts to other real estate agents for over $5,000 per license; however, if you’re thinking of selling or buying and become a client, this access is part of my customer service benefits.
