What really defines the term Palos Verdes Estates Mansions?  Is it the size of the home?  Or how about the size of the land?  Or both?

I’ve been selling real estate here on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and around the Beach Cities for over 35 years and I’ve never, ever, not once ever, seen a home like I’m going to tell you about here.

The second thought racing through my mind is that there is no other property like this within 50 miles of Palos Verdes.  Is this a Palos Verdes Estates Mansion or is it really more like a Godfather Compound
